RAG is excited to announce that the Artist Hang Up will be presented in Sara Smith Self Gallery on Tuesday, December 7th at 5:30 pm
 
All interested artists are encouraged to submit an application to participate.
 
Criteria participating in the for the exhibit include:
 
– Having created the artwork within the last two years
– Artwork must not have been entered in a previous REG exhibit
– Artwork must be ready for display and priced to sell
– There will be $10.00 application fee

The Randolph Arts Guild and the Sara Smith Self Gallery are pleased to announce the December 2021 Artist Hang-Up, to be held in the Sara Smith Self Gallery at the Randolph Arts Guild. This exhibit will feature a collection of artwork created by local artists in Randolph County and its surrounding areas. This "Artist Hang-Up" serves to inspire "ALL" artists of all levels of experience to display their handmade original artwork, created within the last two years. Our goal is to encourage creativity on every level, by offering new artists the opportunity to showcase their work and returning artists the opportunity to showcase their latest creation, as well as promote the sells of original artwork. This show helps to develop confidence in new artists, and shows that everyone's unique artistic abilities and talents can be appreciated and shared with others. The "Artist Hang-Up" exhibit is a great way to recognize new artists who have never shown their work publicly and also to see the continued growth in returning artists. The Randolph Arts Guild will host an opening reception on Tuesday, December 7th in the Sara Smith Self Gallery from 5:30 - 7:00 pm.

General Information

This form allows you to submit up to three pieces of your own handmade original artwork to be included in the upcoming exhibit, opening on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 and will be on display through Thursday, December 30, 2021. Sales will be available though our online store or by purchasing through our gift shop, Morings Fine Crafts, open Wednesday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm & Saturday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. In the section below, please answer all "REQUIRED" questions in order for your artwork to be displayed and sold. It is important for all parties involved to understand all of the details; preferences of the artists, the responsibility of each party, and our consignment partnership. Artists retail prices must include your commission as well as The RAG's portion of the sale as notated on our artist consignment agreement at the bottom of this form. This form must be submitted no later than 8:00AM Monday, November 29, 2021, along with payment of a $10.00 entry fee to participate.
