We hope you will have tremendous success and enjoy your involvement. The Randolph Arts Guild produces the Fall Festival, with the gracious and immeasurable support from the City of Asheboro and downtown businesses. We ask that that you please cooperate in the following ways to ensure the success and continuation of the Fall Festival: Information, brochures and promotional materials are only to be distributed within your assigned booth space. Please do not hand out items in the pedestrian walkways. No tobacco, pornography, weapons, or prejudiced/hate materials are allowed for distribution or sale. Randolph Arts Guild staff retains the right to reject material that may be deemed offensive or dangerous or that does not meet the requirements of your particular booth. NO PETS are permitted on festival grounds unless they are service animal(s). Sidewalks must remain clear. Please do not store inventory or any other items on the sidewalks. Your assigned booth space is restricted to the street area. Please be sure your booth is set up within the marking lines and do not extend your space into the street beyond the 10-foot boundary. Please properly dispose of all trash or other debris in the marked receptacles. Electrical cords may not be run across sidewalks, pavement or in walkways unless secured with heavy tape and do not pose a hazard to pedestrians. Once the streets are closed to traffic, NO VEHICLES will be allowed in or out for the safety of Festival Goers and others. Please do not ask law enforcement or City workers to move barricades. Please display your booth number at all times at your booth and in the dashboard of your parked vehicle. Parking for vendors will be provided; however, we can’t notify you of a problem if your booth number is not on your dashboard or visible in your booth. Booth payment must be made in full to participate in the Fall Festival The Fall Festival is a rain or shine event and refunds will be issued if canceled due to weather Emergencies (declared by the state/county) The Fall Festival will continue to monitor COVID 19 numbers and consult with healthcare officials regarding public safety, refunds will be issued if cancelation occurs due to COVID 19 concerns New vendors will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Approval for vendor acceptance is a juried reviewed process (review and selection process by the Fall Festival committee), to ensure that Fall Festival is following the original idea of its founding local artists and their supporters. Specific product categories may be limited to ensure fair selling opportunities for all vendors involved. The Randolph Arts Guild reserves the right to deny any vendor entry to the Fall Festival.
