Super Messy Summer Art Camp 2018 Registrations!

Week One: Monday, June 25th – Friday, June 29th

Week Two: Monday, July, 23rd – Friday, July 27th

Both weeks are from 10am – 3pm

It’s time to get Super Messy with Summer Camp 2018! Each year the Randolph Arts Guild hosts two weeks of crazy, messy, artsy fun for children ages 5-13. We recruit energetic teachers to share their creative ideas, plan amazing and messy projects for our students to create, host guest speakers from the community to teach our kids about fire safety, animal care and public safety, and create songs just for our summer campers! Each teacher brings a unique and fresh look to the arts, and each teacher supports their students in every aspect of learning the skills for each project – all while having fun! Both weeks are 10am – 3pm

Cost is only $190 for members and $200 for non-members. If you need your child to be dropped off early each day at 8:30am, then there is an additional $30 for the entire week. All materials are included, just bring a positive attitude, your creativity, your imagination and also a bagged lunch for each day!

This year our week one instructors will be Jenn Pfeiffer – art teacher at Ragsdale High, Leigh Blanchard – art teacher at Archdale-Trinity Middle School, and Ty Brueilly – the All County High School Art Club teacher.  Our week two instructors will be Brianna Scott – art teacher at Highfalls Elementary School, Kate Keith – BrushStrokes for KinderFolks instructor, and Le’Tonya Teague – fiber artist and instructor. Super Messy Summer Art Camp Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Super Messy Summer Art Camp for the 2018 year! We are so excited to work with your SUPER kids and help them get all MESSY and ARTsy during their summer break! Please fill out the following questions and submit your form as you finish. The Program Directors (Marcus Lawson and Brooke Avery) will receive an email notification, and will send you an email asap alerting you to the fact that your child has been registered. Registration is not complete, however, until the full payment has been received (the Monday before camp starts).There are two camp offerings:
Week One: Monday, June 25th, 2018 through Friday, June 29th, 2018
Week Two: Monday, July, 23rd, 2018 through Friday, July 27th, 2018

Below is a sample schedule for campers:
8:30 am = Early Dropoff
9:30 am -10 am = Teachers and Volunteers set up for classes.
10 am – 10:15 am = Camp Song
10:15 am – 11:30 am = First Period
11:30 am – 12 pm = Lunch Break
12 pm – 1:15 pm = Second Period
1:15 pm – 1:40 pm = Snack Break/Guest Speakers/Team Building
1:45 pm – 3:00 pm = Third Period
3:00 pm – 3:30 pm = Clean Up/Set Up for next day.
***On Friday, we eliminate the Snack Break to make room for the Super Messy Art Show at 2:30!

Age Groups:
We make room for 30 students of each week of camp. Of those, the camp is divided into 3 age groups (5-7, 8-10 and 11-13).

NOTE: By registering for camp, you are stating that you agree and accept the Randolph Arts Guild Camp Policies and Procedures. Registration and payment must be received by the Monday preceding camp start day (Monday, June 18 and Monday, July 16).

Attention!  Super Messy Volunteers needed!

So you want to help out with Super Messy Summer Art Camp? You’re in luck! We are needing volunteers to assist our wonderful art teachers during the two separate weeks of camp!


1. You must be 15 years of age or older.
2. You must enjoy working with little kids.
3. You must take direction well as you will be assisting a teacher in a classroom setting.
4. You must be available the ENTIRE week of the camp for which you are applying.
5. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early and stay 30 minutes late for setup and clean up.
6. You must pass a background check (for those 18+).
7. You must complete this application process.
