State Capitol Looking for County Themed Ornaments

NC State Capitol Visitor Services representative, Loretta Mainquist, is looking for North Carolina-themed Christmas tree ornaments for the annual Governor’s Tree Lighting & Open House on December 10, 2015. The committee will be decorating for the 2015 holiday season on December 2nd & 3rd. State Capitol Site Administrator, Terra Schramm, would like the rotunda tree to represent each of the state’s 100 counties. It is quite a large tree, somewhere around 15 to 20 feet high, so the more ornaments per county, the fuller the tree will be.

If you can assist with this holiday endeavor, they will need the ornaments by Monday, November 30th. Please ship directly to: NC State Capitol, Attn: Loretta Mainquist, 4624 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC  27699-4624. Also, please include your name, name of business, and contact information. Please DO NOT send ornaments that are not local/Randolph County-themed.
