2024 Juried Art Show
The Randolph Arts Guild and the Sara Smith Self Gallery are pleased to announce the 4oth Annual Juried Art Show exhibit, to be displayed in the Sara Smith Self Gallery at the Randolph Arts Guild. This exhibit will feature a collection of artworks created by local artists in Randolph County and its surrounding areas. Our goal is to encourage creativity at every level as well as promote the sale of artist’s original works. The Juried Art Show is a judged or “juried” gallery where all works submitted will be chosen to be displayed at the discretion of the Juror.
This form must be completed to be considered for participation and allows you to submit up to three pieces of your own handmade original artwork for the April exhibit, opening on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 and will be on display through Saturday April 27, 2024. Sales of artwork will be available for purchase through the Guild’s gift shop, Morings Fine Crafts, open Wednesday – Saturday, 11:00am – 5:30pm (subject to change for holidays). This is a Juried art exhibition, where all work to be displayed will be chosen by the juror(s) at their discretion. Work not selected to be part of the show will be returned to the artist prior to the show, scheduling permitting. Artists will be notified of the juror’s decisions after the process is complete.
Cash Prizes will be given for Best in Show
($150), First Place ($100), Second Place ($75) and Third Place ($50). Plus 2-3 honorable mentions pries ($25) decided by Juror(s)
In the section below, please answer all “REQUIRED” (*) questions in order for your artwork to be displayed and sold. It is important for all parties involved to understand all of the details; preferences of the artists, the responsibility of each party, and RAG’s consignment partnership. Artists’ retail prices must include your commission as well as RAG’s portion of the sale as outlined on the artist consignment agreement at the bottom of this form. This form must be submitted no later than 5:00pm Monday, March 25, 2024.Payment of the entry fee to participate, $25 for members; $30 for non-members will be due upon art drop off.
