FESTIVAL RULES

Reminder - NO PETS!  We ask all attendees and vendors not to bring pets to the event.  If you do so, the Police or Festival Staff may ask you to leave - they definitely will ask your pet to leave.  (only exception is assistance animals)

Bicycles and Skateboards are prohibited in the Festival.

No alcohol is allowed in the festival area. Alchohol can only be consumed on the premises of restaurants which are permitted to serve it.

VENDOR PACKETS AND CHECK-IN

You must pick up your Vendor Packet to Check-In before you set up your booth. Due to early printing deadlines the newspaper listings of booth numbers may be unreliable.

Vendor Packets will be available for pickup on Friday from 9am - 9pm at the Randolph Arts Guild (aka the Moring Fine Arts Center).  Our street address is:

123 Sunset Ave.
Asheboro, NC 27204
The easiest place to find parking to pickup your packet is in the Bicentennial Parking lot located behind our building. See this Google Map for details
Other lots for free parking on the day of the event are also included on the map.

You'll also notice on the map that the Parade Route goes around our building so after 5pm you should plan on parking along one of the open streets and walking.
You may start setting up after 9pm when the parade is finished. Please be sure you are setting up in the correct space: Pick up your packet to get your final space number at the Randolph Arts Guild and confirm that number with the number in chalk on the sidewalk.  If there is any discrepancy, please let a Festival worker know as soon as possible. The chalk numbers are on the sidewalk but booths should be setup in the street backed up to the curb and should not extend more than 10 feet into the street.
On Saturday morning vendor packets may be picked up at the Information Booth at the Corner of Sunset Ave. and Fayetteville beginning at 6am.  You will need to plan to unload and have your car off the street by 8am both Saturday and Sunday.
