Again this year we are excited to be partnering with the City of Asheboro and Habitat for Humanity to put together ART MAY-HAM. This Juried Arts and Crafts show, features the work of 30+ artists and artisans, BBQ, music and much, much, more. ART MAY-HAM will take place in the Bicentennial Parking Lot in downtown Asheboro. This a flat, asphalt surface. Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendors provide all display materials and canopies. Show hours are Noon to 7 p.m. Set-up details will be provided to accepted artists. Accepted artists are expected to stay throughout the entire event.
NOW ACCEPTING VENDOR APPLICATIONS - DEADLINE February 29th, 2012
We are now accepting Artist Applications for ART MAY-HAM to be held on Saturday, May 5th, 2012, in downtown Asheboro, NC. If you are an independent designer, artist, or crafter who is interested in submitting an application to be considered for participation in the show, read our guidelines then submit an application.
GUIDELINES
ART MAY-HAM is a Juried Arts and Crafts Show. All items must be handmade arts and crafts and all applicants must make what they sell. All decisions on acceptance are made at the discretion of the Randolph Arts Guild's ART MAY-HAM committee and all decisions are final. You must submit images of your work and a description of your work for your application to be considered.
Application does not guarantee acceptance. Artists will be chosen according to how well their work fits the scope of the show, the application presentation, and the overall quality of the work. Applicants work should be original in nature, not commercial goods, not made from kits, molds, or mass produced and should not be the work of another artist(s). All work brought to ART MAY-HAM must match the application. Be prepared to show and accurately describe the process you use to make the items you sell. The deadline for application is February 29th, 2012. A non-refundable $10 application fee is required at the time of application. After the deadline, applications are reviewed by The Randolph Arts Guild. All applicants will be notified of the status of their application by March 15th, 2012. A $50 booth fee is due upon acceptance. Electricity is not available.
Only accepted vendors may participate in the show.

Fees:
$10 Application Fee (non-refundable) with application and images.
A Booth Fee of $50 will be due from applicants accepted to the event.
