A Christmas Carol: A staged reading by RSVP Community Theatre and Roundhouse Actors Professional Theatre

RSVP Community Theatre and Roundhouse Actors Professional Theatre (RAPT) in association with the City of Asheboro proudly announce the cast of the upcoming reader’s theatre presentations of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens as adapted by Jim Langer.  The two shows will take place on Friday, December 11 at 6:30 and 8:00 pm at the Sunset Theatre, 234 Sunset Avenue, in Downtown Asheboro during the annual Christmas on Sunset event.  The family oriented performances are free and open to the public. Just drop in the theatre to enjoy them. 
The cast, under the direction of Mr. Langer who will also have the role of Ebenezer Scrooge, includes Russ Giles (Narrator), Scott Murkin (Bob Cratchit), Daniel Webster (Scrooge’s Nephew Fred), Manashi C-Lim (Charity Worker), Kathy Fernandez (Mrs. Fezziwig), Paisley Phillips (Street Urchin), Tim Edwards (Marley’s ghost), Kaitlin Smith (the Ghost of Christmas Past), Scott Hunter (Mr. Fezziwig), Mary Moorhouse (Scrooge’s fiance Fern), Michael Wilhelm (the Ghost of Christmas Present), Jaden Skelly (Belinda Cratchit), Alyssa Murkin (Mrs. Cratchit), Sabine Langer (Eliza Cratchit), Delaney Aldrich (Mary Cratchit), Melinda Burgess (Martha Cratchit), Brianna Nobles (Fred’s Wife), Abigail Smith (Tiny Tim), Flora Memory (Mrs. Dilber) and Levi Phillips (Butcher’s Son).
